Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. All cancellations must be made via text or through the GlossGenius appointment confirmation link. A 30% cancellation fee will be applied for any no-shows or cancellations that occur less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Refund Policy

We have a No Refund Policy.

We strive for all clients to leave satisfied with the services they received. If you are unsatisfied with either your cut or color, please reach out via text or email within 72 hours after your scheduled appointment. We will extend a one-time retouch for color or cut sessions at no additional cost to ensure you are satisfied. If you are still unsatisfied after the one-time retouch, we reserve the right to refuse further services and can refer you to another stylist who can help you achieve your desired results.

Please note that if your desired hair goals require more than one session to achieve, it will be addressed and clearly articulated within your initial consultation.

Covid-19 Policy

To prevent the spread of Covid-19, we can only permit one person in the studio at a time. With this in mind, please come alone to your appointments, unless other accommodations have been arranged in advance.

If you are experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 or have been around someone with Covid-19 or symptoms of Covid-19, please notify us immediately and we will work to reschedule your appointment.

We understand the severity of Covid-19 and the potential impact to your day-to-day life. However, we ask that you notify us within the same 24 hour period  as outlined in our cancellation policy. It is at our discretion to waive the 30% cancellation fee for Covid-19 related cancellations which occur within the 24 hour window of your scheduled appointment time.
